Jeremy Vail, PT, ATC

Jeremy Vail is the Rehabilitation Director for UCLA Sports Medicine and has been a Licensed Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainer for the last 22 years. He received his credentials in both Physical Therapy and Athletic Training from the University of Evansville. Additionally, he is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics and has been credentialed in Certified Manual Therapy since 2004. Other certifications include Advanced Certification (FMS/Y-Bal/SFMA II) in Functional Movement Systems and TPI Medical Professional. He worked as the USA Swimming/USOC National Team Physical Therapist from 2001-2012, covering various events including the 2006 Pan Pacific Games, World Championships in 2003 and 2005-2009 and the 2012 Olympic Games in London. He has published multiple articles related to injury prevalence, prevention and screening and was the co-author of “Return to Play Following Shoulder Injuries” published in Orthopaedic Rehabilitation of the Athlete. He serves as the Clinical Site Supervisor at UCLA for the USC Sports Physical Therapy Fellowship Program.
