Stacy Michael-Miller started at USA Swimming in July of 2000 as the Doping Control Administrative Assistant and is currently the National Team Support and Services Director. She grew up in Oregon and went to Linfield College where she earned a degree in Exercise Science. She obtained her Masters in Physical Education with a Sport Psychology concentration from Springfield College before working at Carnegie Mellon University in their Athletic Department. Stacy worked in the US Olympic Committee’s Drug Education Department (within the Sport Development Division) prior to coming to USA Swimming.
Stacy oversees USA Swimming’s Anti-Doping Efforts, including out of competition doping control compliance, coordination of in-competition doping control, and facilitating Doping Control Education.
She is also responsible for all Athlete Support Programs including the Athlete Partnership Agreement, various Grants, Travel Assistance and Prize Money.
Stacy was the Team Leader for the 2015 Pan American Games and has been a member of a number of international trip staffs during her tenure at USA Swimming.
Stacy resides in Colorado Springs with her husband, Eric and their two sons, Bryson (8) and Camden (5).
